This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician, located in Woking. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include processing and managing pharmacy-related tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the pharmacy.
- Experience with prescription preparation and knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Understanding of the responsibilities and tasks of Pharmacy Technicians
- Competency in inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and managing supplies
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services is advantageous
- Previous experience within a community pharmacy is a plus
