Our client, a top Financial Services Consultancy based in West Yorkshire is looking to hire a Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead and oversee all external marketing and business development activity. This is a pivotal role and will ideally suit a Marketing Communications or commercial Business Development professional with previous knowledge of the financial and/or professional services sector.
As an industry leader for providing financial management and planning to niche client groups, they are seeking to develop their presence in the wider financial and professional services market. They require a 'soup to nuts' Marketing or Business Development Manager who can strategise and oversee marketing campaigns, manage business development activities, direct marketing and social media activity, execute marketing projects and organise networking events. This company is prolific in the market they operate with a rapidly growing presence throughout the UK.
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record in a Marketing and/or Business Development role
- An understanding of the financial services industry
- 4-5 years external marketing and/or commercial business development
- Sound knowledge of social media tools for business and external networking
- Experience in project managing the delivery of marketing and business development campaigns with proactivity and creativity, ideally within a financial services environment
