Head of Talent & Recruitment Partnerships
Part-Time HR & Talent Manager at a top London Media Agency. Hybrid – 1 day in the office, 2 days WFH.
Base Pay Range
Salary c£50K pro-rata to 3 days.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment, retention and nurturing of the Agency’s team; ensure the unique culture is lived by the whole team.
- Full management and oversight of all areas of HR, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Training & Development, Staff Appraisals, Rewards & Benefits, Strategy & Project management.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team on all HR matters.
- Promote employee relations and handle performance/conduct/discipline/grievance issues.
- Learning and development: training delivery and design.
- Employee engagement and advising on employee reward when needed.
- Maintain and improve HR systems, appraisals and processes.
- Participation in other projects such as graduate training programme.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a generalist HR and Talent Management role.
- CIPD Qualified (or similar).
- Experience within the media/marketing/creative services sector.
- Energy, outside the box thinking, proactivity, fun‑factor.
- Creative, friendly, plate‑spinning HR Manager with a dynamic, entrepreneurial, ambitious and friendly approach.
Employment Type
Part‑time – 3 days per week (2 WFH and 1 office based in Central London hub).
Seniority Level
