Our Client, a fantastic well-known retailer, is looking for a finance assistant who is an expert in SAP to join their team for a short period of 4 months to assist the finance manager in their day-to-day role.
Finance Assistant - The Role
- Supporting with all SAP-related postings and entries.
- Daily banking processing.
- Processing staff expenses and staff orders.
- SAP Concur credit card transactions.
- Maintaining Klarna settlements spreadsheet.
- Assisting with preparation of payruns when needed.
- Importing monthly recurring invoices (both AP and AR).
- Supporting with accruals and prepayments journals.
- Responding to both internal and external queries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Handling the daily post for the Finance team (when in the office).
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as they arise.
It is crucial that the Assistant has solid experience with SAP HANA 2021 and SAP Concur.

- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets.
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Update financial data in SAP.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
