Due to a peak in temporary cover requirements from our Corporate clients based across the City and West End, we currently have regular requirements for Facilities Assistants and Post Room Clerks. These roles are generally short term, ranging from several days to a week, but we also receive rolling contracts and those that may offer the opportunity of temp to perm. Facilities – Post Room – Responsibilities will include: * Acting as first point of contact for any maintenance queries or issues * Assisting with desk and office moves * Sorting and distributing incoming post and sorting outgoing post * Managing the internal distribution of parcels and packages * Ensuring stationery stock is maintained and replenished throughout the office Facilities – Post Room – What we\’re looking for: * Previous experience within Facilities, Post Room or as a Porter within a corporate working environment * Good communication skills * A team player who is happy to be flexible in their duties and hit the ground running to help out * Corporate presentation Facilities – Post Room – What\’s in it for you? * A competitive rate of pay and the chance to work for some of London\’s leading names May & Stephens Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
