Sobre el perfil
Buscamos un perfil de Scrum Master / Analista de Procesos con al menos 4 años de experiencia acompañando equipos ágiles, preferiblemente en entornos complejos del sector financiero. La persona será clave para asegurar la correcta adopción de marcos ágiles y facilitar el éxito de iniciativas estratégicas.
Funciones:
- Guiar y facilitar las dinámicas de equipos ágiles dentro del marco de trabajo establecido.
- Actuar como Scrum Master en equipos que trabajen bajo Scrum.
- Ejercer como Kanban Delivery Manager cuando se utilicen marcos Kanban.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre los miembros del equipo y stakeholders.
- Detectar, gestionar y ayudar a resolver impedimentos y conflictos durante los sprints.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos y la entrega de valor.
- Acompañar la evolución del marco ágil en función de las necesidades del proyecto.
- Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos dentro del entorno organizativo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años como Scrum Master y/o facilitador de equipos ágiles.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos ágiles en entornos corporativos.
- Conocimiento práctico de Scrum, Kanban y marcos ágiles híbridos.
- Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders y entornos complejos.
- Formación en Ingeniería Superior o Grado en ámbito técnico.
- Nivel de inglés C1 (imprescindible para proyectos internacionales / Eurosistema).
- Muy valorable contar con certificaciones como: PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional), Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Foundations.
