With offices in Spain and the UK, we work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Analyst – Banking with experience in the financial services industry. This role is crucial for reviewing and improving internal documentation related to risk management.

Responsibilities

  1. Review and update internal documentation (frameworks, models, policies, and procedures) for Risk Division, as well as RAC and Compliance 2nd Line of Defense.
  2. Validate and refine the overall internal documentation structure, ensuring clarity and coherence.
  3. Ensure documents follow the correct structure and level of detail to meet their purpose effectively.
  4. Write in a clear and concise manner, avoiding ambiguity.
  5. Summarize any divergences from Group documents in a dedicated section.
  6. Identify and summarize key deliverables for each function (1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense).
  7. Support teams in creating training plans for employees impacted by document updates.

Requirements

  1. Solid experience in documentation in the financial services industry .
  2. Strong understanding of risk management , including market, structure & liquidity, credit, and non-financial risk.
  3. Previous experience in investment banking roles is a plus.
  4. Fluent or native-level English .
