We are looking for a PMO profile with experience in coordinating and monitoring multidisciplinary IT projects, results-oriented, with the ability to manage plans, reporting, and risks, coordinate teams, proficient in MS Office, and valuable experience in CIB environments (Markets, GTB/GDF).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and monitoring of multidisciplinary IT projects.
  • Preparation and maintenance of project plans, identifying tasks, milestones, and responsible parties.
  • Monitoring the status and progress of projects.
  • Preparation of reports and follow-up documentation.
  • Identification, management, and escalation of risks and incidents.
  • Definition and monitoring of mitigating actions.
  • Coordination between IT teams, functional users, and stakeholders.
  • Support in planning and controlling deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in projects as a PMO/Orchestrator/Team Coordinator.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools.
  • Valuable experience in CIB areas (Markets, GTB/GDF).
  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1 minimum).
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
  • Immediate availability for incorporation.
