Sobre el perfil: Buscamos un perfil PMO con experiencia en coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos multidisciplinares IT, orientado a resultados, con capacidad para gestionar planes, reporting y riesgos, coordinar equipos, con dominio de MS Office y valorable experiencia en entornos CIB (Markets, GTB/GDF).
Funciones:
- Coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos multidisciplinares IT.
- Elaboración y mantenimiento de planes de proyecto, identificando tareas, hitos y responsables.
- Seguimiento del estado y grado de avance de los proyectos.
- Elaboración de reportes y documentación de seguimiento.
- Identificación, gestión y escalado de riesgos e incidencias.
- Definición y seguimiento de acciones mitigadoras.
- Coordinación entre equipos IT, usuarios funcionales y stakeholders.
- Soporte en la planificación y control de entregables.
Requisitos:
- Imprescindible haber participado en proyectos con el rol de PMO/Orquestador/Coordinador de equipos y planes.
- Perfecto manejo de las herramientas de MS Office.
- Valorable experiencia en áreas de CIB (Markets, GTB/GDF).
- Nivel de inglés: Avanzado (B2+/C1 mínimo).
- Se valora posibles conocimientos PowerBI.
- Disponibilidad inmediata de incorporación.
