Sobre el proyecto
Formarás parte de una iniciativa estratégica enfocada en la evolución del ecosistema de Trade Financial Crime, impulsando la modernización de plataformas y la integración de soluciones avanzadas. Uno de los pilares clave será el diseño e implantación de una solución de case management desacoplada, integrada con Trade AI y otros sistemas del banco, con el objetivo de mejorar la gestión de casos, la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento regulatorio.
Sobre el perfil
Definir y liderar la arquitectura de una solución de gestión de casos (Case Management) dentro de un entorno complejo y regulado, asegurando su correcta integración con el ecosistema tecnológico existente.
Funciones
- Diseñar la arquitectura end-to-end de la solución de case management
- Definir el modelo de integración con sistemas internos (Trade AI y otros)
- Diseñar APIs, microservicios y mecanismos de mensajería
- Establecer estándares de arquitectura y gobierno de interfaces
- Definir el modelo operativo de gestión de casos (workflows, estados, reglas)
- Asegurar la alineación con requisitos regulatorios (FinCrime)
- Colaborar con equipos de negocio, IT y compliance
- Supervisar la implementación técnica y garantizar buenas prácticas
- Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones escalables
Requisitos
- Solution Architect / Integration Architect.
- Experiencia en diseño de sistemas distribuidos en entornos complejos.
- Experiencia liderando decisiones técnicas.
- Nivel alto de inglés (oral y escrito).
- Experiencia en Banca, mejor si es en el área de Trade Finance.
- Conocimiento de procesos de Financial Crime (FinCrime)
Conocimiento imprescindible
- Arquitectura de sistemas (microservicios, event-driven, APIs).
- Diseño de integraciones (REST, mensajería, middleware).
- Gobierno de interfaces y definición de contratos.
- Diseño de soluciones escalables y resilientes.
