Sobre el perfil
Buscamos un perfil de Consultor/a con fuerte conocimiento de negocio en mercados financieros, especialmente en trading y ventas (Sales & Trading), con experiencia en redacción de documentación operativa y capacidad para trabajar en entornos internacionales.
Funciones
- Coordinación y redacción de mandatos y manuales de trading y ventas.
- Análisis de documentación existente (manuales, guías, procedimientos) como base de trabajo.
- Interacción directa con jefes de mesa (traders y sales) para entender la operativa.
- Recopilación de información sobre procesos clave como:
- Formación de precios
- Hedging (coberturas)
- Booking model
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa como Consultor/a o Business Analyst en entornos de mercados financieros.
- Conocimiento sólido de productos financieros, operativa de trading y tipos de cobertura.
- Experiencia demostrable en redacción de documentación operativa (manuales, procedimientos, guías).
- Nivel alto de inglés (C1 o superior) – imprescindible para trabajar en un entorno 100% internacional.
- Capacidad de comunicación con perfiles de negocio (traders, sales, stakeholders).
- Habilidad para estructurar información compleja de forma clara y precisa.
