Sobre el perfil: Buscamos un perfil de Business Analyst con experiencia en riesgos bancarios, especialmente en el ámbito de CIRBE y reporting regulatorio, con capacidad para trabajar en entornos complejos y colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología.
Funciones:
- Participación en proyectos relacionados con riesgos financieros, de crédito y regulatorios.
- Toma y análisis de requisitos con áreas de negocio.
- Elaboración de documentación funcional detallada.
- Interlocución con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
- Gestión y coordinación de pruebas funcionales (testing) previas a la puesta en producción.
- Seguimiento de evolutivos en aplicaciones vinculadas a riesgos y reporting regulatorio.
- Análisis de datos e identificación de inconsistencias en información reportada.
Requisitos:
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Business Analyst o similar en banca.
- Experiencia en servicios centrales o áreas de riesgos (productos de riesgo, analistas, reporting).
- Conocimiento en: Bureau de crédito, impagados, morosidad, dotaciones, recuperación de deuda y procedimientos judiciales.
- Experiencia en toma de requisitos y documentación funcional.
- Conocimiento de la normativa y proceso de declaración de riesgos al Banco de España (CIRBE).
- Experiencia trabajando con herramientas o procesos como CIRBE, CRGLISS, FINEPRE o similares.
- Capacidad para gestionar pruebas y validar desarrollos antes de producción.
