Sobre el perfil
Buscamos un perfil de Operaciones de Financiación con experiencia en financiación estructurada, Project Finance y gestión operativa de préstamos sindicados. La persona se incorporará a un proyecto dentro del ámbito bancario, participando en el seguimiento integral de operaciones de financiación, desde la revisión documental hasta el control del ciclo de vida del préstamo.
Funciones:
- Revisión de contratos de financiación (loan agreements) y documentación asociada a operaciones de financiación sindicada, Project Finance, sindicados corporativos y leverage finance.
- Control integral del proceso de closing de operaciones de financiación, asegurando el cumplimiento de aprobaciones internas y condiciones previas.
- Análisis y seguimiento de cláusulas operativas de los contratos de préstamo.
- Registro e imputación de información clave de las operaciones en sistemas internos.
- Monitorización continua del ciclo de vida del préstamo una vez formalizado.
- Introducción y seguimiento de covenants financieros y operativos.
- Control de información principal del préstamo: importes, condiciones, hitos y datos contractuales.
- Soporte en la remediación y mejora de la calidad de datos del porfolio de financiación.
- Coordinación con Front Office, Back Office, cliente y stakeholders externos.
- Asegurar la consistencia entre la documentación contractual y la ejecución operativa del préstamo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en operaciones de financiación dentro del sector bancario o financiero.
- Conocimiento de operativa de financiación estructurada, Project Finance y préstamos sindicados.
- Experiencia revisando documentación contractual asociada a operaciones de financiación.
- Formación universitaria: Diplomatura, Licenciatura o Grado.
- Nivel alto de español e inglés.
- Buen manejo de Microsoft Office.
