About the role
We are looking for a Program Migration Analyst to support migration initiatives such as platform upgrades, client onboarding transitions, data movements, and process changes within a financial services environment. You will support the coordination, preparation, and execution of migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, strong controls, and smooth operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support migration planning activities, timelines, and task tracking.
- Assist in stakeholder coordination and documentation of requirements and impacts.
- Prepare and maintain checklists, runbooks, templates, and validation files.
- Perform data cleansing, mapping, and verification activities.
- Support UAT cycles, prepare test cases, and document results.
- Conduct post-migration validation and reconciliation tasks.
- Track migration progress and produce status reports.
- Maintain issue logs and elevate risks when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and data security policies.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, data management, financial services, or system/process migration.
- Strong Excel skills and experience in data validation or transformation.
- Experience working with structured data, templates, and business rules.
- Exposure to UAT testing cycles or data migration projects.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI.
- Experience with ERP, treasury systems, or CRM tools (SAP, IT2, Salesforce).
