About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lean Process Expert / Business Process Improvement Consultant to support a 2-month project focused on improving and optimizing the client onboarding process within an international financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze the current onboarding process to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and process redesign activities.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks.
- Apply Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Define process KPIs and success metrics where appropriate.
- Prepare documentation, findings, and improvement roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lean Process Expert, Process Improvement Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a short-term engagement.
- Professional level of English.
- Previous experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or B2B environments is highly desirable.

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
- Experience improving customer onboarding or client lifecycle processes.
