About the profile
We are looking for a Computer Software Assurance Analyst – Payments Support to join an important banking project. You will play a key role in ensuring that all software used in payment processes complies with the highest standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
Functions:

Perform risk assessments, analysing the impact of payments software on data integrity and security.

Classify software components according to their criticality for compliance and performance.

Design and execute tests focused on critical functions (manual and automated).

Document results clearly and efficiently, supporting audits and regulatory checks.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards applicable to banking (e.g., internal IT controls, data protection).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, operations, and compliance.

Translate complex technical requirements into clear deliverables for auditors and stakeholders.

Support process improvement and promote the use of modern tools (DevOps, CI/CD, test automation).
Requirements:

Previous experience in payments support in a bank or regulated financial environment.

Technical skills in COBOL, JCL, and SQL are required.
