About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our consultancy team. You will work closely with financial services clients, driving clarity and efficiency in business transformation and agile software delivery. Through structured problem-solving, you will deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and translate complex needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Use structured problem-solving techniques such as root-cause and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Support agile delivery: backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and agile ceremonies.
- Prepare business documentation: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with technical teams, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in financial services, including knowledge of regulations and operations.
- Strong background in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
