About the Role
We are looking for two senior Programme Managers with strong experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within major banking institutions, particularly related to payments regulation and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead programme delivery in a complex and highly regulated financial environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective programme governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale banking transformation programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business units.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector.
- Manage programme timelines, risks, milestones, and governance structures.
- Act as a key senior stakeholder interface across business and technology teams.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in programme or project management within large banking organisations.
