May Business Consulting is an international consulting firm providing advisory services in digital transformation, change management, efficiency, and control. We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups.
About The Role
We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Analyst specialized in data migration to work on an international banking project involving core banking systems and mainframe platforms.
Responsibilities
- Participate in data migration projects between financial institutions.
- Analyze and understand mainframe banking systems.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Support cut-over processes and in-flight transactions.
- Integrate internal systems with external vendors.
- Provide support and analysis for banking and financial systems, including DB2, Cobol, and JCL.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data migration projects within banks or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of mainframe banking systems.
- Experience with DB2, Cobol, JCL, and related tools.
- Strong ability to understand and document complex data and system processes.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and teamwork skills.
