About the Role
- We are looking for a
- Change Manager with
7–10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement and organisational change to join a high-impact transformation programme within the Financial Services industry.
This is an initial
2–3 month full-time engagement , with strong potential for extension and the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position with the client, subject to project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business change initiatives across strategic transformation programmes.
- Analyse and optimise business processes , identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Design and evolve
Target Operating Models (TOM) and operating model frameworks.
- Manage projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, objectives and milestones.
- Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technology teams.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Support the definition and execution of transformation and continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 7–10 years' experience as a
- Change Manager ,
Business Change Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in
- Business Change ,
- Process Improvement ,
- Operating Model Design and
Project Management .
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational transformation and operating model change programmes.
- Previous experience within the
Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of
IT systems and the ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
