About The Role
We are looking for a BA / Solution Consultant with experience implementing complex technology solutions within the financial sector. You will support architectural design and systems integration for a large core banking transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition and implementation of new core banking solutions.
- Work closely with architects, technical teams, and business users.
- Analyse business requirements and design integration processes.
- Ensure alignment between the solution and business goals.
- Provide functional support for solution delivery and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in digital transformation projects within banking.
- Knowledge of cloud migration, Azure, and data integration processes.
- Experience in agile and multi‑disciplinary project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Location: Basingstoke (UK) – HYBRID – 3 days/week onsite required.
