This role combines account management and new business development, with responsibility across wholesale, convenience and grocery channels. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow key national accounts across wholesale, convenience and grocery
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive brand growth
- Build strong, commercial relationships with buyers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute customer plans, promotions and joint business plans
- Represent the brands at tradeshows and events
- Work closely with a small, agile team to deliver results
- Act as a brand ambassador for our confectionery portfolio in the market
- Reacting quickly to opportunities and challenges in a fast-moving environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BDM, NAM or Senior NAM within FMCG - confectionery experience, or closely related impulse categories is highly desirable
- Strong track record managing wholesale, convenience and/or grocery accounts
- A natural relationship builder and commercial negotiator
- Comfortable with both account management and hunting for new business
- Highly self-sufficient and proactive – able to operate with limited resource
- Resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
- A genuine team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative culture
- Home based living no more than 2 hours away from Coventry with flexibility to travel across the UK
