Overview: Boulevard Brasserie is a busy, Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden, moments from London’s Theatreland. We’re known for warm hospitality, classic French food, and fast-paced pre-theatre service. We’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Role: As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a visible leader on the floor, supporting management with the smooth running of services while motivating and developing the team. You’ll set the standard for service, handle the flow of a high-volume restaurant, and ensure every guest leaves happy — whether they’re dining pre-theatre or settling in for a longer evening.

Key responsibilities:

  • Running shifts and leading the floor during busy services, including pre-theatre
  • Supervising and motivating the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Welcoming guests, managing sections, and overseeing smooth table turns
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently and professionally
  • Supporting training and development of team members
  • Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures are met
  • Assisting management with cash handling, handovers, and daily operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
  • Calm under pressure and highly organised during peak services
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A genuine interest in food, wine, and guest experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
