Boulevard Brasserie is a busy, Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden, moments from London’s Theatreland. We’re known for warm hospitality, classic French food, and fast-paced pre-theatre service. We’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Overview
We’re a front-of-house-led venue delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The Restaurant Supervisor will be a visible floor leader, supporting management with smooth service and developing the team on shift.
Responsibilities
- Running shifts and leading the floor during busy services, including pre-theatre.
- Supervising and motivating the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Welcoming guests, managing sections, and overseeing smooth table turns.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently and professionally.
- Supporting training and development of team members.
- Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures are met.
- Assisting management with cash handling, handovers, and daily operations.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant.
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Calm under pressure and highly organised during peak services.
- Strong communication and people skills.
