Taking ownership of all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric works. Prioritising the functionality and compliance of life safety systems, such as fire alarms and smoke ventilation. Conducting occasional site visits when more complex challenges arise. Liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality, timely service and addressing any performance concerns. What were looking for: Proven experience managing building maintenance across multiple, complex sites. Strong technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance.
