Maintenance Manager

The Role

• Lead day-to-day maintenance across multiple buildings
• Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a great experience for all users
• Improve maintenance systems and processes, including the ticketing system
• Manage contractors, budgets, stock, and asset records
• Support annual planning and drive continuous improvement
• Carry out general maintenance when required and respond to occasional out-of-hours issues

What Youll Need

• 5+ years experience in construction or related field
• Strong building compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work across sites
• Ability to handle urgent issues when needed
