Our client are embarking on a major transformation: after quite a few decades at their current site, they’re selling the building and moving to a new, modern headquarters in London.
They’ve created a 2-year Estates Manager position to lead that entire journey.
Here’s why this role stands out:
A unique mix of heritage + future-focused development
You’ll oversee the sale and handover of an iconic Grade II* listed building, then work with agents, architects, planners and designers to secure and shape the new HQ.
A genuine leadership mandate
You’ll manage the Estates Team, the building services function, tenant relationships, compliance, budgets and contract procurement with a strong voice in shaping how the new building operates from day one.
High-impact, high-visibility work
This transition will shape the estate for decades. They need someone commercially sharp, operationally strong, and confident running large projects across multiple stakeholders.
The essentials
- Salary: £74,812.99 (including London weighting)
- Contract: Fixed term to Dec 2027
- Location: Central London
- Hours: 35 per week (flexible working available)
If this sounds aligned with your experience especially if you’ve led office relocations, managed complex/heritage buildings, or overseen multi-disciplinary FM teams I’d like to speak with you.
