We are looking for an M&E Engineering Manager to own and lead building services across an iconic estate.
The Opportunity
- Lead all M&E operations and compliance across a variety of building types.
- Manage PPM, statutory inspections, reactive repairs and lifecycle works.
- Oversee contractors and projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery with minimal disruption.
- Monitor energy use and drive efficiency and carbon‑reduction initiatives.
- Support events, exhibitions and commercial hires with reliable, resilient building services.
This is a visible, hands‑on role at the heart of the estate’s safety, performance and customer experience.
About You
- Strong experience managing M&E systems across a multi‑building estate.
- Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S and building services (HVAC, electrical, BMS, water, fire, etc.).
- Proven contractor and project management skills, with a focus on value for money.
- Clear, confident communication and a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualification.
