You will lead the delivery of Total Facilities Management services within a newly evolving operating model that blends strategic outsourced partnerships with retained in-house expertise. Reporting to the Estates leadership team, you will set strategic direction across FM, ensuring safe, compliant, customer-focused and efficient services across multiple sites.
