We are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities & Estates to lead the stewardship of a unique residential and investment property portfolio in the city centre.

Reporting to the senior leadership, you’ll take responsibility for estates strategy, compliance, health & safety, sustainability and capital projects, leading an in-house maintenance team and managing specialist contractors across heritage and residential assets.

This is a rare opportunity to combine senior estates leadership with purpose-driven work, safeguarding historic buildings while delivering safe, high-quality homes and long-term asset performance.

You’ll bring:
