Role Overview: Assist in leading Corporate Real Estate Services delivery for a world‑respected banking institution.
The Role:
- Accountable for consistent, high‑quality delivery of all CRES services across the UK, EMEA and APAC, managing in‑house teams and third‑party providers.
- Lead and develop regional CRES teams, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs and performance standards.
- Own relationships with third‑party service providers, brokers, landlords and professional consultants across the regional portfolio.
- Translate CRES strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver and control regional CRES budgets, working closely with Finance to meet or exceed expense ratio targets.
- Develop multi‑year capital and operational plans, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
- Oversee delivery of all hard and soft services, including MEP, security, workplace experience, hospitality, H&S, sustainability and wellbeing.
- Support and lead real estate transactions, lease negotiations and portfolio management in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Ensure consistent workplace standards across regions while remaining sensitive to local requirements.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear insight, governance and decision support.
About You:

- At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, or Facilities leadership roles.
- Proven success leading high‑performing teams.

- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrix organisation.
- A service‑led mindset with a genuine focus on workplace experience and hospitality.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining operationally credible.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of personal professionalism.
Hospitality experience and exposure to fast‑growing or entrepreneurial environments will be viewed very positively.
