?What youll be doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for site teams, remotely managing maintenance queries and technical issues.
Taking ownership of all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric works.
Prioritising the functionality and compliance of life safety systems, such as fire alarms and smoke ventilation.
Conducting occasional site visits when more complex challenges arise.
Liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality, timely service and addressing any performance concerns.

What were looking for:

Proven experience managing building maintenance across multiple, complex sites.
Strong technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance.
Expertise in fire alarm and life safety systems, including current compliance standards and legislation.
Ability to assess and specify repairs accurately.
A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practice.
