This is a hands-on, varied role with real purpose you\'ll be key to keeping the estate running smoothly and safely for staff, students, and visitors.
The role: Perform routine and reactive mechanical maintenance, including plumbing, small electrical works, and general building services.
Support and deliver the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
Supervise on-site contractors and assist with refurbishment and installation projects.
Carry out statutory compliance checks and support audits.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver a top-tier facilities service.
What our clients are looking for: A recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) essential.
