The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Management and working closely with a close-knit, dedicated in-house team, this is a varied and rewarding position that spans all facets of the estate's physical assets. You will be responsible for ensuring the estate's portfolio of period residential and commercial properties and its wider rural infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolio
  • Managing internal maintenance staff and coordinating external contractors
  • Developing and implementing effective PPM schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and health & safety regulations
  • Working closely with finance and lettings colleagues to deliver smooth, efficient operations
  • Contributing to wider estate projects, from property refurbishments to rural infrastructure improvements

You’ll be a practical, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of property maintenance in a rural or estate setting.
