We partner with global technology startups across fintech, cleantech, medtech and related sectors, as well as private equity, venture capital, development finance and infrastructure funds. We have placed talent in 25+ cities across 5 continents and are now entering our next phase of growth.
Following a record-breaking start to the year, we are hiring ambitious trainee recruiters to join our London team.
The role involves being trained from the ground up to become a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter. From day 1, you will work on live searches for global clients and progressively take ownership of your own desk.
What you will be doing:
- Learning how to source, assess and place top-tier talent
- Supporting searches for high-growth startups and leading investment funds
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting market research and outreach
- Managing interview processes and offers
- Taking increasing ownership of your own desk as you develop

Training & progression:
- Structured 6-month training programme led by our Managing Director
