We work with private equity, venture capital, development finance and impact investors, alongside high-growth startups and technology companies across fintech, e-mobility, robotics, autonomy and deeptech. We have partnered with 60+ organisations, made 250+ placements, and placed talent across 25+ cities and 5 continents.
We are now looking for ambitious Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our London team.
The role
You will be trained from the ground up to become a high-performing recruiter, working on live searches for international clients from day one. You will learn how to source, assess and place exceptional talent, build relationships with candidates and clients, understand specialist markets, and progressively take ownership of your own desk.

- Supporting searches for startups, technology companies and investment funds
- Speaking with candidates and clients by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Building long-term relationships across your market
- Managing interview processes, feedback and offers
- Developing into a specialist within your niche

What we offer
- £28,000 base salary, rising quickly as key benchmarks are achieved
- Uncapped commission, with strong performers able to earn £50,000+ on top of base
- Structured 6-month training programme, followed by ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Clear progression path to Managing Consultant, with the opportunity thereafter to move onto a Director track and ultimately become a shareholder in the business
- Early finish Fridays
- Regular incentives, socials and annual team trips
- 31 days annual leave including public holidays
