Maxwell Marshall is a specialist recruitment consultancy working with investors, startups, and high-growth companies across emerging and frontier markets. We partner with global technology startups across fintech, cleantech, medtech and related sectors, as well as private equity, venture capital, development finance and infrastructure funds. We have placed talent in 25+ cities across 5 continents and are now entering our next phase of growth.
Following a record-breaking start to the year, we are hiring ambitious trainee recruiters to join our London team.
The role involves being trained from the ground up to become a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter. From day 1, you will work on live searches for global clients and progressively take ownership of your own desk.
What you will be doing:
- Learning how to source, assess and place top-tier talent
- Supporting searches for high-growth startups and leading investment funds
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting market research and outreach
- Managing interview processes and offers
- Taking increasing ownership of your own desk as you develop

Training & progression:
- Structured 6-month training programme led by our Managing Director

What we offer:
- £27,000 base salary, rising to £30,000 post-probation
