Job title Production Operator (Plating) Purpose of Role Responsible for producing products against designs and to quality standards Reporting To Team Leader precious metal Working pattern Standard working hours, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week Once fully trained 2 shift rotation would be required (early/back shift) Location Glasgow. Key Responsibilities * Operating manual chemical plating lines as required in various coatings including Zinc, Zinc-nickel, Electroless nickel, Gold and Silver * Monitor production tanks by analysis and make chemical additions as required. * Carry out X-ray testing for thickness of various coatings * Filling our Job cards with all relevant details of process carried out Skills
