Group HR Advisor (6-Month FTC) | Glasgow We are seeking an experienced Group HR Advisor to provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and employees, you will deliver first-line HR advice, support recruitment activities, manage HR administration, and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation. Key Responsibilities * Support recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interview coordination, agency liaison, and onboarding. * Provide HR guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes. * Manage employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, and HR system updates. * Maintain HR records and produce reports on key metrics such as absence and turnover. * Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive workplace culture. * Assist with HR projects, policy updates, audits, and continuous improvement activities. * Build effective relationships with managers, employees, and union representatives across the business. About You * Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist role. * CIPD qualified, studying towards CIPD Level 5, or equivalent HR experience. * Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. * Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Fluent English required; Polish language skills would be advantageous.
