Maxwell Consultancy are working with an established Precision Engineering business in Basildon who require CNC Operators. These are full-time, permanent, newly created positions working in their state of the art workshop. The role involves working early/back shift rotation with early finish on Fridays. The company is going from strength to strength and expanding with an extremely healthy order book. What to expect? * Operating CNC Mills/Lathes * Loading materials and unloading finished products * Cut, grind or drill materials in machine as required β adjusting speeds, cutter paths and other machine settings as required * Carefully following procedures and safety guidelines. Including company procedures, operating standards, and process documentation * Maintaining an accurate log of production and equipment problems, adjustments, and repairs.
