Maxwell Consultancy is collaborating with a leading manufacturing company to fill permanent, full-time CNC Machinist positions (Millers & Turners) in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop. The company has heavily invested in new CNC machinery and produces critical components for the aerospace and defence sectors.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Time served CNC Machinists or extensive experience as CNC Machinist
- Setting and operating
- FANUC or Siemens control panels experience desirable
- Programming completed offline by ME\’s
- Various different cells to work in with multi‑axis CNC machinery
- Operating numerous CNC simultaneously
- Editing programmes, offsets
- Able to work as part of a team and on your own
What to Expect
- Full training provided to carry out the role efficiently and effectively
- Working hours Monday to Thursday (Fridays off)
- Rotating between day/night shift (33% shift allowance for working nights)
- Company Bonus
- Employer pension contribution – 5.5%
- Sick pay scheme: full pay after completion of 1 year service, up to 4 weeks off on full pay per year
