Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Hybrid – Idaho (commutable or open to relocation)Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)The Company We are recruiting on behalf of a SaaS company operating within the electrical and construction sectors , focused on safety management and injury prevention . The platform helps businesses reduce risk by digitising safety processes, improving compliance, and supporting safer working practices across job sites and field-based teams. The company is in a growth phase and scaling its operations across the U.S.The Role This is a hands-on CFO role suited to someone from a startup or scale-up background who enjoys being close to the numbers and supporting a growing leadership team. Reporting into the COO, you will take ownership of the finance function while helping shape the company\’s commercial and operational strategy.Key Responsibilities Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingBuild and maintain financial models to support growth and decision-makingPartner closely with the COO on commercial and operational performanceOversee accounting, controls, and financial complianceProduce clear reporting for leadership and stakeholdersSupport scaling processes as the business growsExperience & Profile Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience within SaaS, technology, or construction-adjacent businessesStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilityComfortable working in lean, fast-paced environmentsPractical, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hatsStrong communicator with commercial awarenessLocation & Package Hybrid role based in Idaho (commutable or open to relocation)Base salary: $220,000 – $275,000Bonus: Performance-basedPTO: 3 weeks + US public holidaysBenefits: Healthcare, 401(k) with employer match
