About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing, customer-focused business that has built its success by challenging traditional industry norms and delivering a simpler, more transparent customer experience. As part of an ambitious Growth team, they are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Conversion & Experimentation Manager to become the driving force behind key optimisation and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding customer behaviour and improving conversion performance across the customer journey. You will leverage experimentation, behavioural insights, analytics and AI-powered tools to identify friction points, validate opportunities and drive measurable improvements in customer and commercial outcomes. You'll use AI as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work, helping uncover insights faster, prioritise opportunities more effectively and accelerate learning across the business. Success in this role is not measured by the number of tests conducted, but by the speed at which meaningful insights are uncovered and the impact delivered through optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Optimisation & Growth: Own conversion performance across key customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve progression, engagement and commercial outcomes. Build and maintain a prioritised optimisation roadmap focused on the highest-impact opportunities. Continuously identify and remove customer friction through experimentation and optimisation.
  • Insight, Analytics & Customer Behaviour: Analyse behavioural data, customer insights and journey performance to uncover opportunities for growth. Develop a deep understanding of customer motivations, barriers and decision-making behaviours. Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to shape hypotheses, prioritisation and experimentation strategies.
  • AI-Driven Experimentation: Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, insight generation, hypothesis development and experiment design. Develop scalable approaches to performance monitoring and opportunity identification using AI-enabled solutions. Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and evaluate how they can enhance decision-making and learning.
  • Experimentation & Delivery: Design, execute and evaluate experiments across customer journeys, communications and digital experiences. Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Marketing teams to rapidly move ideas from concept to implementation. Help establish and embed a data-led, test-and-learn culture where decisions are driven by evidence.
