We are partnering with a global technology leader to recruit a SOX Analyst to join its team. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Controls, you'll support the delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation’s global IT SOX compliance programme. This role suits someone with experience in IT controls, risk, and compliance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across IT, Audit, and business teams.

As their Sox Analyst, you'll:

  • Maintain the IT SOX Risk & Controls Matrix
  • Track controls, evidence collection, audits, and wider compliance activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls and supporting documentation
  • Support control owners with remediation activity and testing
  • Review SOC reports and liaise with third-party vendors where required
  • Work with business process teams on mitigating controls
  • Help deliver IT compliance training and guidance

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs)
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle Fusion
  • A strong understanding of change management, user access, and IT operations controls
  • Knowledge of SOC reports and third-party risk management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • CISSP, CISM, or a similar information security certification is desirable
