We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business looking to hire an experienced

Marketing Manager to work alongside the Head of Marketing as their trusted second-in-command.

This isn't a role for someone who simply executes campaigns.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy, owning key objectives, driving pipeline generation, and helping develop a growing marketing team.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can make a genuine commercial impact, influence business direction, and build a high-performing marketing function, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

You'll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge ideas, measure success and continually improve performance.

You'll be responsible for

  • Developing and delivering the marketing strategy to support ambitious growth targets.
  • Owning marketing KPIs, measuring performance and using data to optimise campaigns.
  • Building marketing programmes that generate high-quality pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Leading the planning and execution of events, webinars and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the marketing team, helping to raise the overall capability of the function.
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve processes, campaigns and marketing effectiveness.
  • Creating compelling messaging and campaign content where needed, while ensuring strategy remains the priority.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder across the business, influencing decisions and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced B2B technology marketer who enjoys taking ownership and can operate as a true number two within the marketing function.

You'll ideally have

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role within technology, Saa S or software.
  • Experience developing marketing strategy rather than solely executing campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of pipeline generation and marketing's impact on commercial performance.
  • Experience running integrated campaigns across digital, events and webinars.
  • Confidence managing stakeholders across sales, leadership and the wider business.
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior marketers.
  • A data-led mindset with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex products into compelling value propositions.
  • The Environment

This is a collaborative, ambitious business where marketing is seen as a key driver of growth.

You'll join a team with strong execution capability already in place, giving you the opportunity to focus on strategy, leadership and continuous improvement while helping elevate both the function and the people within it.

Working Pattern

  • 3 days per week in the office (Wednesday mandatory)
