Software Developer – Wigan (Hybrid) – Up to £50,000

We’re partnering with a growing software business that’s looking for a Software Developer to join their friendly and collaborative tech team. This is your chance to work on client apps, APIs, and backend systems while helping shape the future of their software solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining systems using .NET 8, C#, Blazor, Web API, and SQL Server
  • Working with cloud platforms, mainly Azure (open to AWS or GCP experience too)
  • Solving technical challenges and optimising system performance
  • Writing clean, secure, and well-tested code
  • Collaborating closely with the tech team in an Agile environment

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience with C# / .NET Core
  • Solid database knowledge, especially SQL Server
  • Experience with Entity Framework and version control tools like Git
  • Understanding of clean code principles and secure development practices
  • Bonus: experience with Azure and Blazor
