What you'll be doing as their Data Analyst:
- Design and build dashboards that support business performance.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders across pricing, marketing and operations.
- Develop reports that influence commercial decisions.
- Write and optimise SQL queries.
- Use Python to automate analysis and improve reporting.
- Work with Databricks as the business continues to expand its data platform.
- Help improve data quality and develop new analytical capabilities.
Key skills:
- Commercial experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and experience using Python for analysis or automation.
- Dashboard development experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working directly with stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Insurance or financial services experience is desirable.
