We have teamed up with a leading tech manufacturer who are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run a busy, fast-moving warehouse.

You’ll be leading a small, dedicated team of 12 and making sure everything runs smoothly; from stock control to dispatch, and keeping customers across the UK happy. If you enjoy taking ownership, building great teams, and improving how things work, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead your team: Motivate, coach, and support your staff to do their best work every day.
• Keep things running: Oversee goods-in, stock control, picking, and dispatch to make sure orders go out on time and in full.
• Plan ahead: Manage rotas, holidays, and cover so the warehouse always runs like clockwork.
• Drive improvements: Set goals, track performance, and find better ways to get things done.
• Grow your team: Help recruit, train, and onboard new people.
• Stay safe: Keep the warehouse clean, compliant, and safe for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a busy environment.
• Great communication and people skills — you know how to get the best from your team.
• Solid understanding of stock control, dispatch processes, and warehouse safety.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Salary up to £36,500, leadership role with full ownership of warehouse operations, Monday – Friday (08:00 – 18:00) with occasional Saturday hours, clear career progression, and much more!
