Maxwell Bond are supporting a leading creative agency who need a Senior Resource Manager to keep their projects, people, and freelancers running smoothly. This is a fast paced, high volume role where you’ll be right at the centre of delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day allocation of internal talent + freelancers
- Running traffic & resourcing meetings
- Using Monday.com to plan, track, and report on workloads
- Analysing workflow data to improve efficiency
- Keeping freelance costs on track and quality checked
