Senior Resource/ Traffic Manager

Maxwell Bond are supporting a leading creative agency who need a Senior Resource Manager to keep their projects, people, and freelancers running smoothly. This is a fast paced, high volume role where you’ll be right at the centre of delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day allocation of internal talent + freelancers
  • Running traffic & resourcing meetings
  • Using Monday.com to plan, track, and report on workloads
  • Analysing workflow data to improve efficiency
  • Keeping freelance costs on track and quality checked

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in resourcing/traffic management (must be from an agency background)
  • Strong knowledge of creative workflows and production processes
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
