Are you a Senior Software Engineer looking to use your skills for the good of the planet? We are partnering with a leading software house specializing in the energy sector, driving innovation with products that support their clients to move to cleaner energy solutions, improve efficiency, and save money. After several successful product launches, the company is continuing its growth and looking to expand its software engineering team.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge software products that are central to sustainable energy initiatives. It’s a full-stack role, and although you might be more focused on front or backend, adaptability and a genuine desire to learn will fit right in!
Key Responsibilities:- Build cloud-first software solutions for the energy sector, using technologies such as Typescript, Node.js, React, PHP, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Focus on high-quality code and best practices, with a strong emphasis on Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven environment within the team.
- Collaborate on exciting Greenfield projects, with ample opportunities for career growth and leadership responsibilities.
- Highly Competitive salary: £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience.
